Job Description:

We're looking for a Customer Service and Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this position, you'll be responsible for handling calls from clients and finding items in the warehouse. Your duties will include:
Answering customers’ call and reply their messages in courteous manner Assisting customers with product inquiries, orders, and returns Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Picking, packing, and shipping orders as needed
